Activated and Site Still Visible

Hi There.
I just installed and activated this plugin and I can still view my site. Even if I am not logged in or viewing from a different browser. The plugin is activated when looking on the main plugin page. However, when I look at the htm in edit mode it shows (inactive) at the top but I am unsure how to remedy this. I am pretty new to wordpress.
