Activated but cannot see any setting options in admin

Just after activating the plugin, all I get on the admin screen is this:
“You are just 30 sec away from boosting your blog with ratings…”
and nothing else happens.
I’ve watched the tutorial on installation and activation. Apparently, I’m suppose to activate an account, but how?
Please, help.
