Please sure your site don’t have install another WP Email plugin that they are cause appear conflict

Hi AL,

don’t see any plugin that can conflict with WP Email Template, so please sure you are using correct Provider, maybe SMTP Provider if you have smtp creds

Hi AL,

i see you are using Jetpack plugin so all Jetpack emails are sent from wordpress.com site, not sent by your server.

Can you try check if that is cause ?
