• I installed this plugin on a brand new website for a client, connected the account manually with the Credentials I set up in PayPal Developer.

    The buttons on the checkout however are greyed out even though I have the payment method enabled.

    Might this have something to do with the PayPal account being frozen in Sandbox mode (we’re trying to get in touch with PayPal about it), or is this something else in the website blocking it? When I checked the box to even test in sandbox mode the buttons did not change back to their normal color. Thank you

    Thank you for reaching out with this issue.

    We took a quick look at your site, we could see the payment options enabled (PayPal).

    To move forward, it would be really helpful if you could share your System Status Report. You can find this by going to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site, clicking on Get system report, and then selecting Copy for support.

    Please also provide any log entries related to this issue. You can upload them to our PrivateBin, and then share the link here for us to review in detail.

    Let us know once you’ve gathered this information, and we’ll proceed from there.
