Hi Andy, I have had no responses. I found this information below – which states as the end that AAM can send an extension file for a manual installation. I sent them a copy of my receipt as proof of payment, and I still have not received a response from [email protected] or [email protected].
Keep in touch if you hear anything.
Thank you,
Rhonda
FAILED to Install Extensions. What should I do?

There are few reasons why you failed to Install Extension. All of them are listed below with proper approach to fix it.
REASON #1. Your license key is incorrect.
SOLUTION : Make sure that you copied the license key from the email that was sent to you right after the purchase.
REASON #2. Your website does not allow to perform Remote Request. AAM uses wp_remote_request function to obtain the copy of requested Extension.
SOLUTION : If your website is running through secured proxy or firewall, deactivate it during Extension installation. Sometimes the reason can be that your website does not support cURL. In this case, contact your hosting provider and ask them to activate it for you.
REASON #3. Your wp-content/plugins/advanced-access-manager/extension folder is not writable by PHP.
SOLUTION : Make sure that PHP has enough permissions to write files inside mentioned above folder.
REASON #4. Your wp-content/aam folder does not exist or is not writable by PHP.
SOLUTION : Make sure that mentioned folder exists and PHP has enough permissions to write files inside above folder.
REASON #5. Your website does not have ZipArchive PHP Library (in this case you are not able even update WordPress or install any plugins).
SOLUTION : Ask your hosting provider to install the library.
In 99% if you are not missing anything, it should work. Otherwise, we can send the Extension for manual installation (Please notice! you will have to request the Extension each time you updated the AAM).
