Activating conditional formatting

Hi,

I have just purchased the conditional formatting extension for contact form 7 but I am unsure how to install it. I have recieved a license code via email but when I clikc the activiate button within the extensions tab, it doesn;t seem to be active, any heko would be very much appreciated
