    Hi there,

Using the free version, and despite a few challenges has worked well.

Upgraded to WP v5 on the weekend, and despite the staging site working fine, the live site basically crashes. (Header only showing on front end, no response at all on backend.) It doesn’t display any error messages, albeit I haven’t worked out how to go through the logs properly yet.

Deleted the plugin, cleared the DB entries, reinstalled but same result.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thanks

The only place you have to check is the server error log. The issue can be related to the version of PHP or possibly disabled PHP functions. Also, it’s possibly due to using a non-standard (not properly configured) PHP process manager like NGINX/PHP-FPM with no Apache.

    Thanks Gioni,

I will look through the server error log.

That said, I suspect it isn’t PHP related. The issue only came about when upgrading WordPress versions – the server PHP etc versions and configs remain the same.

Perhaps a conflict with another plugin?

    Regards

I’m having the same problem. Was working fine up until this weekend and after the latest WP upgrade it now gives me a 400 bad request.

Ok, it ‘seems’ like I found the issue, at least here.

For whatever reason the recent upgrade to WP started throwing up memory allocation errors. I increased the memory limits in wp-config.ini / php.ini and that appears to have made a difference. Everything now appears to be working as expected.

    Thanks
