Activating plugin breaks my website entirely

  • Hello there!

    I have installed this plugin on a site that I have been fixing up for a client, and once I activate the plugin it breaks the entire site. All of the main HTML is wiped away to a blank white screen with no content at all. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if they could help me resolve this. The site I am working with runs off of version 3.5.1 of WordPress and I cannot upgrade to a newer versions, sadly. Could anyone assist me in fixing this? I can answer any questions you might need.

    Hey seangracy, I havent seen this and it may be a missing function or conflict with another plugin, to find it you can check your servers error logs and it should show there, or in your wp-config.php file change WP DEBUG to true near the bottom. You will get an error in the browser then.

    With the error i may be able to help.
