Activating the recaptcha V2

please this is an urgent request and so weird I don’t know what’s happening here and have a multilingual site and two contact forms one in English and the other in Arabic.

hello, dear thanks for your reply. my case is in the orange border because this message marked “Spam”. this is not happening when I don’t have Recaptcha activated. when it’s active it’s saying this. actually, I want to activate ReCaptcha because I have a lot of spam contact us emails always using my form and sending bad emails. So what’s the solution here? It’s not mentioned, it’s saying only have the spam log report. and then?? What’s the next step to fix this?
