Activating translation?

  • Seems daft, but how to activate one of the translations which are packed with the plugin?

    Right now I’m installing the plugin next to qTranslate, with the site language set in Dutch, and the petition language remains English.

    Also, is it possible to make it work together with qTranslate to have the petition work cross-border?
