    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay here as I am busy with new version release!

    I am not aware of this issue yet, and would like to check the issue on your site.

    Please raise ticket on plugin site bellow giving your site admin login and ftp to let us check the issue-

    No worries ??

    I noticed if I change line 39 in wp-support-plus-responsive-ticket-system/includes from:

    include_once( WCE_PLUGIN_DIR.'includes/loggedInUser.php' );

    to:

    include( WCE_PLUGIN_DIR.'includes/loggedInUser.php' );

    That allows me to activate Yoast without losing my support ticket page.

    With that knowledge – will a WordPress admin login still help you? I can provide one – just not FTP access (due to client agreements).

    Thanks very much
    Tamara

    Hi Tamara,

    In that case, only admin login can not help, but I can change above line in next version so that this issue can be resolved by default in future.

    I may have spoken too soon – I now cannot create new tickets on the page with the [wp_support_plus] section. When I click the tab to create a new ticket, the UI does not appear.

    There is a workaround – I can still create them in the WordPress dashboard.
