    There is no instruction regarding activation. I have searched your support and it only says to contact you. The email that contained my key instructed me to go to the user page. The user page does not activate. It merely informed me that it was NOT activated – I knew that already.

    I first downloaded the free version. Then I ordered the pro version. Please help.
