  • Hi @yvrdarb

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

    No, you aren’t understanding.

It doesn’t install, all that I get is the WSD.

    No WooCommerce, no logs.

    Hello,

I understand you are trying to install WooCommerce please correct me if I am wrong.

It appears like this type of error is logged. Please check the error log on your server, you can contact your host to get more information about the error.

You can check the wp-content/debug.log to see if it contains recent logs related to the error.?More info is in this article.

A work-around is to disable all plugins, and activate a default theme. Check if the problem is not present, then go back to your original theme and enable the plugins you had, until you find the source of the problem.

If the error is affecting the Wp-Admin, there are alternative ways to?deactivate plugins.

Let us know if there are any questions.
