activation email bbpress+wpml

Hi I have problem with activation email,
users register but the email is not sent, also from admin i can serend the email, i receive message “1 activation email successfully sent!” but mail is not send. Other emails are sent, also test email is sent.

sometimes works, sometimes no. If i reinstall wpml-buddypress and Post SMTP, sometimes work again. I don’t know what to do.

In the Log there’s no the email sent.

i have wp_debug on and also in php log i can’t see nothing relevant.

I don’t know what to do.
