Activation Email Is Not Sent Out

  • Hello, I am Using Ultimate Member plugin Version 2.0.38.
    unfortunately, I have problems with sending the registration confirmation email and show a custom message after registration. Here y can see Subscriber User Role settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/5ck7OC5U

    Hi @kalum76,

    Have you checked spam folder because sometimes this kind of emails can be marked as spam?
    Do you have this issue with other emails e.g. WordPress emails or only with activation emails?
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thank you for your reply!!
    I have already checked spam folders but I did not find any mail.
    I already did too conflict test but no luck ??
    I use Wordfence and Sucuri Security plugins could they create problems?
    I use also W3 Total Cache Version 0.9.7.1 I don’t use Cloudflare.

    Hi @kalum76,

    Can you please temporary disable cache and security plugin and see if it helps.
    Please also check this alternative solution.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I have already tried to disable cache and security plugin but no luck.
    I use Easy Mail SMTP Activation Email sometimes is working but not always.
    today I tried with Sendgrid but nothing to do.
