    The plugin was fine with a different site on the same hosting platform.

    @ame-network,

    The plugin needs to have write access to two locations:
    1. wp-content folder
    2. wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration folder

    In your case, the warning is triggered when the plugin tries to create a folder in wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration
