activation error

  • I am trying to upgrade cart66-lite (Version 1.5.1.15) with cart66-cloud (Version 1.5.1.15). I installed the new plugin and when I activate it I get the following error message:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/00/7955000/html/hawksaloft/wp-content/plugins/cart66-cloud/includes/class-cart66-cloud.php on line 70

    My WP site is https://hawksaloft.org. I am a WordPress novice but experienced in Web design.
