Activation fails

    Hi,

    I have installed this plug in on 2 of my wordpress site but both activation fail.
    Activating the pluginn simply redirect to 404.

    Any suggestion oif could be wrong?

    Sorry for the trouble you are having and thank you for reporting this to us.

    We would love to get more information on what you are actually seeing. I’m not 100% certain without further information on the cause of this issue, it could be a third party plugin interfering with our code or a theme.

    Can you please open a support ticket on our website so that we can identify the issues, I don’t think it’s a good idea to list your information on a public forum, we have some questions to follow up.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for the prompt respponse.
    I cannot submit a ticket on your suppport portal as one of the compulsory information is to supply a debug file. The product cannot be activate, therefor there is no such file available at the moment.

    Thanks to Dennis and his team for their excellent customer support.

    This issue was caused by ModSec firewall on our Apache server.
    Temporarily disabling ModSec while activating the plugin allowed the plugin to function as expected.
