Activation Failure

Hi there,

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? We are able to activate it successfully with 4.1 and 4.1.1 so we would like to investigate further.

Hi, I can’t install the plugin. When I try to install it, it says:

Kan bestand niet kopi?ren convertable-contact-form-builder-analytics-and-lead-management-dashboard/assets/images/screenshot-4.png

Translation:

(Can’t copy the file convertable-contact-form-builder-analytics-and-lead-management-dashboard/assets/images/screenshot-4.png)

I uploaded the plugin by FTP. Now I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘endif’ (T_ENDIF) in ****\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\convertable-contact-form-builder-analytics-and-lead-management-dashboard\convertable-wp.php on line 1467

Was experiencing problems with my website- some animated content not showing up after recent updates to WordPress. My theme developer said that the Convertable plug in is the problem as it using “an outdated version of jquery (jquery v1.7.2) and wordpress doesn’t support it anymore..”

Any chance this will be fixed soon? Love the plugin, but not if it causes my website to malfunction and not show some page content.

@michellebeck27 – Can you try activating the plugin again to see if it works for you now? The outdated version of jquery has been removed and it appears to work for us using WP version 4.2.1. If it still doesn’t work, please email me at [email protected].

Patrick- I deleted the plugin and then re-installed. Seems to work perfectly now. Thanks!!!

WordPress 4.2.2, I’ve downloaded plugin zip from https://convertable.com/wordpress/ and installed through Plugins->Add new->Upload
