Activation Issue

  • Just downloaded the free plugin, after activating it doesn’t show up anywhere in the menu, there isn’t any settings page related to the plugin, I’m using latest wordpress version.

    Hi Tad,

    What version of WooCommerce are you running on your site? Please make sure you’re running the latest version, version 3.4.4.

    Can you try testing for a plugin conflict? To do so you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for iThemes Sales Accelerator and WooCommerce then see if it works properly. If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

    No Menu, nothing.
    Tested with Network activation or single site activation.
    No errors in PHP log upon activation attempts.
