    I just purchased and installed the OrderConvo plugin and add-ons. However, after installing, activating and inputting the API codes, I do not see the messenger field added as a column on the Orders page.?I have activated the live chat feature but do not see it listed anywhere, nor the area to input the pusher details to get it to work.

    Hi,

    sorry for late reply here, it is already responded in email, however the issue was older version of chat addon. Now you can download newer version from client portal.
