Activation Key?

  • Have just installed Mailpoet 3 and setup a free account to evaluate it, (a little surprised that your account activation email went into my Gmail spam folder?). On the Settings > Key Activation tab it states, “This key is used to validate your free or paid subscription”. Do I need an activation key for a free account and if so, where do I get it (or is it only needed if I send emails via your Sending Service)?

  • Yes, get it from their site. When you do plug it in and validate it, it’ll say that the pro version is not valid, but the 2000 user one is valid.

    Thanks, I thought I had added a plan but apparently I didn’t. Have now done so and got the key but have had to remove the plugin as it has been causing lots of errors and issues on the site. Probably a conflict or incompatibility with the server as I also had issues installing it in the first place ??
