Activation link – HTTP 500

    Hello,
    our users can’t activate their accounts.
    The link for activation of new users create error HTTP 500.
    I’ve tried to disable all plugins, and the one causing the problem is “Theme my login”.
    I asked for error logs – see bellow – I can’t figure out what that means. I’ll appreciate any hint. Thanks!
