The confirmation emails that go out to subscribers have this text in them:

[activation_link]Click here to confirm your subscription.[/activation_link]

So instead of the actual link, it’s just the shortcode.

    I’m using Mailpoet 3.

    Hi there @madmanweb,

I’ve just tested this with the latest release and everything is working correctly for me with: [activation_link]Confirm your subscription.[/activation_link]

Could you paste the info from “MailPoet > Help > System Info” please? Also can you provide a link to a page where I can make a test signup.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the additional info @madmanweb!

I’ve run some tests and you have a whitespace both before and within your activation link according to the output email content. This is most probably what’s breaking it.

Can you try removing the current Sign-up confirmation email text and then typing a new one including the shortcode without copying and pasting anything. I’m confident then that everything will work as it should. ??

    Thanks!
