Activation links are not working

    Hi Guys,
    I got 2 complains about the activation link are not working and I sent another activation link from the Tools and it is not working either.
    Please let me know was wrong.

    Hi, can you first check the following documentation. Lets see if these troubleshooting solutions can help you.

    Can you also enable Debug Mode and carry out another transaction and afterwards check the log file.

    Hi There,
    The issue was that the link generated by the system goes to a 404 error page.

    I did a transaction on my end and it works now. I don’t if the system didn’t register the url for the registration but now is working with my test.

    I create a new link to my subscriber from the Tools tab and that link works ok and I was able to finish the subscription.

    To be honest I don’t know why it didn’t work at the beginning.

    Lets see for next subscriber and see if they have the same issue.
