• Hey dear plugin team,

    I have a rather curious case: the plugin does everything perfectly, including sending all the mails and such. BUT it doesn’t send mails, when a user activates its account (verifying its e-mail address). So we have to manually check if there are new subscriptions. Is there something we can do to fix this?

    The only thing that comes to my mind is to remind you to check if the option is selected. There is no reason why this specific mail wouldn’t be sent. Another possibility is that it ends up in your spambox.
