    Hi:

Can you provide some more information to help us figure out what’s going on?

    1. Is this happening on a new site or a site that already has other plugins enabled?

    2. Are you using a MULTISITE configuration of WordPress?

    3. Can you verify that your PHP version is at least 5.6.0? Versions below that will not work.

    4. Can you verify your WP version?

    Thanks.

    Hi:

Thanks for letting us know about your configuration. Since all your other settings seem fine it is likely that you’re running into a conflict with one of your existing plugins. Do you know how to run a WordPress plugin conflict check?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I run a WP plugin conflict check and I found that Awesome Support conflicts with Thim Framework plugin (theme core plugin). Awesome Support activated with success when Thim Framework was deactivated.

What do you suggest for a solution?

    Hi:

Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do. Its impossible for us to be troubleshoot and make a compatibility layer for free on every one of the thousands of themes out there. Most themes do work just fine but occasionally you do end up with one that has a plugin built-in that is incompatible.

But, you do have a couple of options.

    1. You can contact the theme author and ask them to make the thim framework compatible with the titan framework (and Awesome Support)
    2. Contract with a developer to make the necessary changes for you.

I wish I had better news for you.
