activation probleme in step 3

hi i downloaded the plugin and activated it..then i whent to barn.com
for activation . at the step 3 i doesnt work. sorry im a bigginer with word press.. where exactly do i put the script ?.. i try putting it in the header.php in the hear section of mi themme .dont work… can any one help please… thx you
