Activation triggers fatal error on 3.2-RC2

  • I tried to activate 1.2.2 on a PHP 5.3 server running WP 3.2-RC2 and got an error say, “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

    It looks like the plugin still works, though. I’m guessing this is because I had WP_DEBUG set to true before I activated the plugin, so the redirect that happened during activation was interrupted and WordPress interpreted that as an error.

    You may want to let the activation redirect happen so that people aren’t confused when trying to install the plugin.
