Active installations number not consistent

  • Hello!

    I see that the no of active installs for my plugin is “Fewer than 10” on the WordPress page. However, everywhere else i,e the directory and the plugins list against the author profile shows Active installs as 10+. This is true for two of my plugins.

    Is this expected in a certain case?
