Active lockouts doesn’t show lock out records.

  • Hi,
    The plugin behave weirdly recently. I got users that locked out from login. I did received the email notification about the lockouts, but somehow when I looked into the Active Lockouts section, there were no lockout records there just this message:
    There are no active lockouts at this time

    And I looked into the database, indeed the user were locked. I have to manually released the lockout manually in the database.

    How to fix this?

    I tried to debug, but still can’t figured it out.
