    Is it possible to: active a pagination?
    Exemple:
    [table id=4 datatables_paginate_numbers=11 /]

    I’m not exactly sure what you mean. Do you want to enable Pagination via the Shortcode? If so, the parameter is

    [table id=4 datatables_paginate=true /]

    The pagination will still show the first rows of the table, not something in the middle.
