    I have been trying to diagnose WordPresses Site Health warning of:

    3 critical issues:
    -An active PHP session was detected
    -The REST API encountered an error
    -Your site could not complete a loopback request

    I have deactivated every plugin other than WooCommerce and all Namaste plugins to try and determine which plugin is causing the problem.

    I am using 7 Kiboko Labs plugins for this site. They are:

    – Namaste! Connect
    – Namaste! LMS
    – Namaste! LMS Bridge for Woocommerce
    – Namaste! PRO
    – Namaste! Reports
    – PDF Bridge
    – Watu Quiz

    Do you have any suggestions for me so that I can resolve the loopback issue?

    We cannot reproduce such issue with any of these plugins. You need to isolate it down to one plugin so we can investigate further. Also do make sure you have the latest versions.

    I will continue to deactivate the Namaste plugins in hope to find the one.

    All plugins are up to date as well as WordPress.

    I have the site setup on a staging platform so that I can diagnose the issue without interrupting the main site.

    To confirm, with all plugins deactivated, the loopback issue is no longer present.

    The issue returned with Namaste Connect

    These versions are old. Please contact support by email to get the latest versions or a discount code in case you have to renew.
