Active subscribers not showing

  • Im using the free version of YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin.
    When I go to the subcription section I only see a list of the cancelled or pending subscribers, but I the active subcriptions won’t show up.
    How can I fix this?

  • The same issue here. There is no way to activate subscriptions. When you change the order state to finished, the subscription state change from pending to cancelled.

    In other words, the plugin is not working at all.
