Active theme meta description & SEO title in Start Point theme

Hello,

I am doing SEO on a website that is using the StartPoint theme. It is meant to be a landing page theme I think- however this website also has an about us page and a services page https://www.simplehandymanservices.com.au

I am unable to use the yoast seo plugin on the home page. The home page is not even in the pages section of the wordpress dashboard. I have to make changes to it in ‘Appearance’ —> ‘Theme Options’. So how do I go about it? Can I change it in editor somewhere?
