I am using WP Fusion to connect ActiveCampaign with my blog. When user registers on blog, email goes to my list where all emails of registered users are stored. The issue is that not every email is sent to ActiveCampaign. For example, I have 35 registered users, but only 23 emails in the list. WP Fusion Activity Logs was not helpful to me either, since that even if it reports an error adding a contact – that contact is added to the list.
How can I fix this? In better words – how to find a source of this problem?

@tarikbisevac ActiveCampaign’s API was down for most of last Monday, I wonder if you were affected by the outage…. ??

If there were any errors syncing users with AC, you’d see them in red in the WPF logs. For example last week we had a lot of “503 Service Unavailable” messages.

If that was the case then you can just export your users by running an Export Users batch operation: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/tutorials/batch-operations/#export-users

If that doesn’t help…. it’s possible your contacts are in AC, but just not on a list. If you go to the main Contacts list in AC, do you see them there?

If that happened, it’s possible that the people have already unsubscribed from that list in the past. In that case WP Fusion can add their contact record to AC but can’t add them to the list. They are in your account, but you can’t send campaigns to them, and they also don’t count towards your billing.

    Cheers
    Jack
