• Hi,

    We just recently transferred a new website after working on a development one on a subdomain in our server. Since we’ve transferred that site over—and activated the
    WP Cerber plugin—there has been no suspicious activity reported in the log, except from our own IP address (which is whitelisted).
    This is very strange to us considering that we had numerous lockouts (about 180-300 a day) and suspicious activity from all over the world constantly being recorded in the log of our old website. Do you know why there isn’t any activity showing up on our new website?

    Hi,
    I tried the steps listed on this page, but it still doesn’t show any data in the activity tab/log. Is there anything else I can do to fix the issue? I already tried uninstalling and re-installing the app.

    Do you see anything logged on the Traffic Inspector page?

    Yes, but everything that is logged is from our own whitelisted IP address—no other IPs.

    That’s weird. Have you tried to log out and log in back and then check the Activity log?

    Yep; and it logs it whenever I do, but still no data from any other IP addresses.

    Should I try resetting the settings back to their defaults? Or would it help to completely remove the plugin and its data (how would I do that)?

    Please repeat the login/logout sequence from a different IP address.

    I don’t see a reason, this shouldn’t help.

    Hello,
    I’ve tried logging in from another location/home (completely different IP address), and I’ve also tried turning on the VPN on my computer—which generates a different IP address each time—but nothing is logged.
