Activity Plus not displaying on homepage Activity Stream

    Check out the site: col.thelaw.agency

    On the homepage (that page) there’s the “activity page” module running. Please note that it does NOT call the Activity Plus uploadable icons in the “what’s new” section.

    Now check out one of the Group pages: https://col.thelaw.agency/groups/l-group/

    You’ll note that this page DOES have the Activity Plus icons.

    My question is – is there some reason why this might be happening? Is the function of the site I’m using not grabbing a hook of some sort of the Activity Plus plugin? Any tips to help modify/check this?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for using Activity Plus, though I’m very sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble with it on the activity page. On the surface, it sounds like a conflict with your theme, could I ask for you to try switching to Twenty Fifteen really quickly to see if it works fine with that?

    If so, then it’s got to be a theme conflict. If you could let us know the theme you’re using, I’ll see if I can spot anything if it’s a free theme. If it’s a premium one, you could try contacting the theme developer to see if they can spot anything since the plugin’s code is freely available.

    I did try creating an account but couldn’t seem to get an email confirmation so I couldn’t see the issue on-site myself.

    But I hope the above will help us get closer to a solution. Could you let us know how that all goes for you?

    I’d check your spam folder for your confirmation email, but it’s a moot point, anyway. 2 month turnaround time on a question is far too long for me to have expected an answer.
    And I ran this by the developer of the theme, as well as on other forums, and on other threads on this forum and WPMU official response was to wait for another plugin update, date to be disclosed. I deleted the plugin and went RTMedia pro.
