Activity Stream functionality

Love the idea. I see it working now on the Profile, and then feeds to the stream. Great.

But I was wondering if it was able to have a button placed in the Activity Stream itself?

Where user B could compliment user A, about/on a specific activity post, and that action would show up in the Activity Stream – with the link back to that activity and/or show a excerpt of that activity.

It would be somewhat like an incredibly powerful and customizable ‘like’ concept for BuddyPress activity posts. Allowing people to say more than just “Like” – ‘Thanks’ ‘Great Post’ ‘Very Helpful’ ‘You Rock’ – all kinds of things. ??

Can the plugin currently do this? or is this something that sounds like it could be a good feature to you?
