• I’ve got this plugin working fine, but is there any way to enable AD authentication for all sites within our Multisite install automatically?

At the moment it looks like I’d have to configure AD authentication for each site as they’re created, we’re going to let users create their own sites and add their own users but we want them to be authenticated from our AD server straight away.

Am I missing something really obvious or does this plugin not let me do that?

Is there anything I could to get the AD settings for the first site in the network to be copied to every new site easily upon creation?

Not as of yet. The plugin is currently only set up for single sites. I know it’s something the developer has said is in the pipeline.

    Any progress in this?

We want to setup an wordpress authentication scheme globally, so we can limit AD users to their own sites.

Thanks for all efforts on this plugin.

No progress from this plugin, but I did find a solution.

YD Network-wide Options allows you to copy certain site options automatically to other blogs on your network. Just tick all the options to do with the AD integration plugin and the settings get copied to all sites in your network.

Admin Menu Editor lets you disable user access to the AD plugin settings from their own site Dashboard. They never see it, they can never mess any settings up. We actually use that plugin to hide a load of other stuff from people, some plugins that aren’t designed for multisite installs etc.
