Ad banner plugin

Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but I’m really out of ideas.

I’m looking for a plugin to add banners in rotations. So far I’ve found a couple, but either are not exactly what I’m looking for or the instructions aren’t that clear for me. So I thought I could post a list with the features I’m looking for:

It has to resize automatically the banners (not necessarily)

It has to rotate the position (means, sometimes the last banner appears in the last line, sometimes in the first and so on)

It has to have a widget option so I can be able to add the adds in the footer in a “easy” way.

If you scroll down, there’s a section called “tiendas recomendadas”. That’s exactly what I want.
