Ad inserter doesn’t insert ad correct on certain page

The plugin doesn’t insert ad after a 2-d paragraph, whereas on other pages all is ok. Instead of that, the plugin inserts ad in the middle of the article. I use <p> to count paragraphs. It doesn’t insert it after 2-d paragraph even when I’m trying to do that through shortcode ?? Debugging showed that ad inserter starts to count paragraphs in the middle of the article. I’m desperate, don’t know what’s going and how to fix it. What it can be?
