Ad Inserter plugin disappeared

    Hello.

    Not sure when that happened. The last days i only updated 3 WP sites to 4.9.12.

    Today one of them didnt’ show any ads. Login to the admin, i see NO Ad Inserter plugin anywhere. Trying to Reinstall it i see a message that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Any ideas ?

    It seems your server or WordPress had issues during the update.

    You need to manually (via FTP or hosting control panel) delete folder
    /wp-content/plugins/ad-inserter/

    and then reinstall the plugin.
    The settings should be restored as they are saved in the database.

    Apparently so. Deleting via ftp the folder and reinstalling solved that. And all settings are there also …
