Hi, I created an ad using Apply Online and the expiration date has since passed. The problem is that the ad still shows on the front even after setting “Hide Ad” on expiry in the admin section multiple times when saving the post. I have disabled the caching plugin but its not helping. The only thing managing to hide the ad is setting it to private but I have to do it manually

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
I can see on the link shared by you that Application Form is not available on the ad & a message is shown We are no longer accepting applications for this ad.

On the ad editor above the PUBLISH or UPDATE button, can you see an option with choices “Hide Ad” and “Hide Form” options on closing ad? try to switch to HIDE AD option. If options are not available then try to download development version from the link https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/apply-online/advanced/

    Best Regards.

The “Hide Ad” and “Hide Form” options are available. I have switched to HIDE AD option but the ad still shows.

    Hi,
We have tested it again & could not find this problem in our test environment. Make sure you are using latest version of the plugin & WordPress. Also, try deactivating all other plugins & then check hide form/ad functionality. You can reactivate all other plugins once your test is complete. If you are still unlucky then contact us through plugin’s website to give you more personal & one on one support.

    Thank you.
