Ad Object After Content

Hello,
After the latest update (which was less than a day ago), the ads I display after my content no longer displays correctly. All of the other ads work fine. Is there anything I need to alter on my end so they display correctly? Or will there be another update to correct this issue?
The default ad code contained two banners I created, an Amazon banner, and zergnet widget. The banners I have created appear miniature in size, the Amazon banner appears slightly, behind the widget which is displaced.

On one of my other other sites I only display the banners I created, instead of being displayed on top of one another, they now display next to one another, and do not display in the correct dimensions. Here they display above the player.
