one more question, does Ad Inserter support WPBakery Page Builder infinite scroll?
i use WPBakery Page Builder to create my homepage , they have infinite scroll for pagination, i set insertion, between post 3,5, turn on Ajax requests, but it is not working , thanks

Yes, but the plugin or theme doing infinite scroll must also support insertions in ajax requests:

Check what is inserted in the ajax requests and if the code is missing contact support.
Some themes strip javascript code from the content loaded via ajax requests.

the_post WP hook is used for position Between posts.

Wherever the hook is called it will cause the plugin to insert the blocks configured for this hook (i.e. insertion position).

You need to check the returned content using the debugging function Show positions:
