You would need to edit the theme files. I recommend using a child theme, the file you want is front-page.php

You can add the code at the top of the file.

If you want it on all the pages you can add the code to the bottom of the header.php file.

Many thanks but I added the code in the front-page.php at the top and even in the middle but it does not apper anything neither the box.
