ad sense in designated position

please can i have an otpion to inset ads at the end of every post?
i understand you have already created that option but what i need is a particular ad to appear at the end of every article or post .i have the coding this ads am talking about please advice.
or can u creat the option of ads at the end of each post with a pace for me to inset the ads coding i have.
