Ad under logo on mobile

I hope this message finds you well. I’m currently facing an issue with the Ad Inserter plugin that I’m hoping you can help me resolve.
I have installed Ad Inserter on three of my websites: https://www.essentialhomme.net, https://www.fashionotography.com and https://www.essentialhomme.fr. On three sites, I have used the AdSense code and have set the same ad position to “before post”, aiming for the ad to appear just under the logo.
This configuration works perfectly on https://www.essentialhomme.net. However, on https://www.essentialhomme.fr and on https://www.fashionotography.com, the ad doesn’t appear just under the logo as expected when the sites are viewed on mobile. This inconsistency is perplexing, especially since three websites have the same structure.
I have double-checked the Ad Inserter settings and AdSense code on three sites, and I can confirm they are identical. I also ensured that three sites are fully updated and don’t have any conflicting plugins.
Could you please provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue? I want to make sure that the ad appears just under the logo on https://www.essentialhomme.fr and on https://www.fashionotography.com when viewed on mobile devices, just like it does on https://www.essentialhomme.net.
