Hi – I just discovered that the latest version of the plugin (3.5.5) displays an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) error when using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool, specifically an empty form label apparently for the close button.

I reinstalled an older version (3.5.3) and the error disappears. I also notice that the close button does not appear properly on the latest version.

Many of my websites are required by law to be ADA compliant so I have replaced 3.5.5 with the older 3.5.3 version already but hope to see this fixed in the next version.

Thanks for you attention to this matter!

The image is no longer there because I was simply testing to see if using an image for the close button would fix the ADA error, but it did not, so I have removed the image and am using just an “x”.

I have updated to the latest version of the popup plugin (3.6.1) and the ADA “missing form label” error is there as you can see in the screenshot here – https://www.greentech-services.net/stuff/ada-error.jpg.

The ADA error was fixed in 3.5.8 and then “unfixed” in the last few versions.

    Dear @gjefle,

Thank you for your reply and screenshot.
    Now, the problem became obvious.

I want to mention, that this is another error that doesn’t have any connection to the previous one.

I have passed the case to our Development Team and they will fix the issue in the upcoming update of the plugin.
I will surely let you know once the issue is resolved.

    Thank you.
